Pros
Media Experts is a great place to work. They are extremely flexible when needing time off (3+ weeks of vacation, wellness days, sick days, long weekends, etc). Culture is extremely important and they prioritize creating a welcoming experience for all employees. Their commitment to exceptional client service can be seen as demanding however when following process, it is extremely rewarding and helps promote positivity within the work place. These processes help support employees, especially juniors are protected and it’s easy to learn new responsibilities. MEX is still only at a mandatory 2 days a week which is more flexible than many other agencies.
Cons
If an individual is not known to following process or has a general negative outlook on life, they will not be a good fit.
