The people are mostly nice.

Staff run around like headless chickens because the workload is nuts. Understaffed and struggling is the best way to describe this place. Very little benefits to working there in terms of perks - pay is low, and regularly expect you to work 18 hour shifts with no overtime. Also a high turnover of staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a job for more than a year.

Love the people. Great team vibe and ethic. Bath is a beautiful city. Loved it all.

Missing some employee benefits that come with working for a big business but some positives come exactly from it being a small business.
