Macro managed. Old school mentality, excel spreadsheets sent at the end of the months on how many tickets you close to everyone in the company. Ridiculous…. Everyone is afraid to voice their opinion to the owner of the company. No project just bug fixes. No review… if you don’t close enough tickets you are gone….
