Pros
Pros? I guess that they pay you and the schedule never falters.
Cons
The people and supervisors act like they're in high school, trying to listen to tiny bits of conversation so they can tattle on you and get you in trouble, presuming that you're discussing work instead of actually knowing what you're talking about. (I literally got in trouble for "bad mouthing the maturity level of work" because a supervisor over heard me talking on the phone about my personal life during lunch break and assumed I was talking about the company. You don't feel good about yourself at the end of the day, youre literally guilt tripping the sick, elderly and disabled into paying medical bills that they can't afford. That is your job and the people hiring you will lie through their teeth to get you in the door. The turnover rate is crazy because most people don't want to be terrible people 40 hours a week for money.
