Absolutely no consistency, no communication, they show favoritism and promote people based on seniority and not people more qualified. Managers are very unprofessional. They act like they care about you but at the end of the day they don’t. No job security. If they don’t like you they will find a reason to fire you. Terrible health insurance with high deductible. Understaffed so expect to meet daily high quotas with no overtime. Underpaid for all the work you do. Not allowed to converse with coworkers unless you can account that it was work related.
