Pros
Base pay plus commission and OT make for great earning potential. The supervisors, directors, and CEO are very approachable. This is the first time where I've actually spoken to and get to see the CEO of the company every day. This is a rapidly expanding company with lots of potential for growth and advancement. If you're willing to put in the work, you will be recognized and rewarded. The culture of the call center has been by far the best I've ever worked in, having worked in numerous call center jobs. Very positive, hard-working individuals. My favorite things about this company is that they recognize those who are results-driven! If you're hard-working and are an opportunist, there's definitely a lot of money to be made while helping save lives. I would highly recommend!
Cons
I know it's a smaller company so the health insurance is a bit higher but if they could reduce the price of the top tier plans that would be great.
