Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I’m grateful for the team we have in place and the expertise they bring. Although I’m disappointed with some of your experiences, I appreciate your thoughts and take them to heart. If you haven’t already done so, I would encourage you to meet with your manager if you are looking to grow and advance in your career. We have multiple employees within the organization that have both been here for years, and/or have worked their way up to a supervisor or management position. When we recruit, we are committed to seeking the very best talent as it pertains to meeting the business needs. At times it is found within the organization and other times it’s not. Regarding the benefits package; we understand and share your frustration as this has become increasingly challenging for all companies with the cost of health insurance skyrocketing. We consistently look at benchmarks and external data to ensure we’re providing a competitive benefits package, and will continue to work to offer the best package for our employees moving forward. I would welcome an opportunity to sit down with you to discuss any of your comments further, as well as a career path for you.
