Great place to grow and work - Server/Bartender Medici in Normal Employee Review

The company culture is really great at Medici. The whole staff really feels like a family and management does a good job at staying professional while still being friends with the staff they manage. Overall a really great restaurant to work at.

It can be difficult to take off work when necessary

Most of the employees are good fun people. The food is delicious. Often leave one shift with +$120. Management cares about employees success, especially starting out. Customers are generally nice and tip well.

Shifts with management have caused difficulties internally but they work hard to make it go smoothly.
