Pros

Medicus is not a job, it's a lifestyle. The opportunity to join such an awesome company really changed my career outlook for the best. The leadership team is forward-looking, adventure seeking, and problem solving professionals when it comes to medical IT services. This company has become more of a family with the transparency and enthusiasm of team that would make anyone else to work for seem boring. We don't work at Medicus, we challenge. Here at Medicus, we challenge our selves to do better than best on a consistent basis. We challenge each other to learn better and perform better than we thought possible. At Medicus, we don't work, we thrive on the IT challenges of health care support. Medicus isn't a company or a career, it's a camaraderie built and guided by the best CEO who not only improved my professional progress, Chris Jann truly improved my professional growth as an Medical IT Engineer. Also, The Super Mario Bros hold music is epic.

Cons

My only complaint is there is no Duck Hunt in the break room. Everything else is phenomenal, however...we need Duck Hunt.

Based on feedback from the associate above in this review, we have ordered a retro NES/SNES with Duck Hunt, 143 games, and of course the most anticipated Original Duck Hunt Gun. - Enjoy!

Pros

Leadership that truly values both customers and employees, paired with an inspiring mission to support healthcare providers.

Cons

Growth can be so fast but it's a good problem to have.

Pros

The job is nothing but constant stress.

Cons

Technicians get treated like they don’t matter, ignored, undervalued, and basically seen as disposable. The pay is ridiculously low for what’s expected, and the workload just keeps growing. All the constant mergers and acquisitions have completely wrecked any sense of team cohesion. Leadership keeps saying they value employees and customers, but their behavior shows the exact opposite. The mission sounds nice on paper, but it feels like nothing more than a performance. Meanwhile, the people actually keeping the place running are overlooked and left without real support.
