      Pros

      Fantastic team environment. Seeing how successful people are on the plan is very rewarding. Thorough training on counseling, sales, and leadership. Compensation and bonuses. Company has clear values, mission and goals. Company is very invested in developing their employees. I learned so much and have developed so many transferrable skills

      Cons

      Hours are all over the place. We got Weds and Sundays off, so we did not have a full weekend.
