      The company is growing very fast and in some areas there is growth potential.

      Cons

      The middle management is conused by some of the growth and change. Positions are open and need to be filled with quality candidates, however the current structure does not allow for those who challenge the "Good Ole Boys" way of doing things.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.
