Small company still run like mom and pop shop, gets you more responsibilities to have your hands on and learn esp in tech as it is grossly understaffed.
Cons
Toxic C level across the board, technology leader is penny pincher with no vision and direction nor expertise. Do as I say or else suffer consequences mentality when it comes to cost savings. They are steadily losing top talent.
