      Great autonomy given, ability to stretch beyond job role, very innovative environment, amazing people to work with who are incredibly passionate, (and summer Fridays and you get your Birthday off!)

      Offices located globally so communication not as seamless as could be

      Pros

      Great concept and business model with a lot of potential. Appeals to people who love children and want to make a difference.

      Cons

      Terrible execution by inexperienced CEOs. Horrible micro-managing, absolutely no job security. Constant revolving door of hiring and firing. Very low pay.
