Pros

I used to love working at Medisolv, but everything changed when the new CEO took over. The company once prioritized its employees and clients, but now, it's clear that leadership has shifted focus in a way that is both damaging and demoralizing.

Cons

Since the new CEO arrived, a completely new C-level team was brought in, and the company's culture took a drastic turn for the worse. Employee well-being is no longer a priority, and leadership decisions seem uninformed, rushed, and careless. The once-collaborative environment has been replaced with uncertainty and poor communication. The most glaring example of this is the sudden layoff of about 30 employees—without any warning. Access was revoked within 30 minutes, leaving no room for a smooth transition, and little regard for those with families or financial responsibilities. To make matters worse, severance was a mere four weeks, regardless of tenure. This speaks volumes about how little employees are valued under the new leadership. Beyond the internal chaos, it’s apparent that Medisolv is heading in the wrong direction. The company seems to be making decisions that will drive away its client base, ultimately leading to its downfall. If you’re considering an offer from Medisolv, I strongly urge you to think twice. What was once a great place to work has become an unstable and demoralizing environment. If leadership continues down this path, I fear Medisolv’s best days are behind it.

Pros

Nothing, company is poorly managed. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

Cons

They waste money on bad products and employees that cause more work. The employees that work hard are not valued. 2-4% raise is best case, barely keeping up with inflation. All the good employees leave.
