Pros
Extremely supportive culture, high engineering standards and great people. Diverse team with a lot of autonomy to do what they think is right.
Cons
When I was there, Medium was still trying to figure out how to make Holacracy work. I am at least partially accountable for that as I was one of the people involved in the decision to adopt Holacracy back in the early day. Constant change is very challenging, even for the best people.
