Pros
I found Medius (or Medius found me) at a pretty low place in my career. Since joining, I've had the most fun and bonded more with colleagues than I've ever experienced before. There's a strong focus on culture and worklife balance at the very top, and earnings-potential is through the roof. What more could I hope for? I have a feeling that in a decade or two, I'll look back on the next few years as "the good ol' days" when my work life and personal life were at their absolute peak and most harmonious. I'm very grateful to be at Medius!
Cons
While we're 20 years old and seen as the top AP Automation solution across Europe, in the US, we're operating as a scrappy startup. That means there are a lot of processes to be built and fine-tuned, but everyone is happy to help. This actually tends to work in our favor when talking to prospects and customers, because we're not an archaic, stodgy company with inflexible processes, but we also have many large, happy customers who are referenceable. It's pretty unique, in my experience.
