Pros

- Good continuity of care with 24 hour practices as you can access the records and good communication in general. - Practices with a good lead vet/branch partner are really great, you have a lot of autonomy and it's not so 'corporate' - The people you work with. - Make reasonable adjustments and generally understanding. - Benefits improved over the years with private medical insurance, 'day for you' - Really good graduate programme! -

Cons

- Management changes constantly. - Limited sick pay. - Bureaucracy can sometimes be very draining in terms of efficiency but also mental health.

Pros

Working from home, having a great work life balance, and a chance to progress in my career.

Cons

Role is quite meeting based so its just taking time to balance the meetings with time to work on your projects.
