Pros
I have had some great experiences at Medix, the number one being the people who I work with on a daily basis. Medix is a very young organization with a lot of recent or new grads and it promotes a work hard, play hard atmosphere and culture. In my office the leadership has been incredible as well, knowing that you have a supportive boss who understands balance has been a huge contributing factor for my happiness in the position.
Cons
It is LONG hours and they are expected if you expect to be successful. The commission and pay structure is below average for the industry, which for me is negated by the culture and atmosphere but is still a very big negative when you begin to compare to others in similar positions with different organizations.
