-Say they are all about placing great candidates in great jobs. Reality is that it's all about placing candidates as quickly as possible, even if the candidate is a poor fit. Sometimes I felt like I was trying to sell a bad job to candidates.
-No work/life balance, long hours, and scrutinized if you leave on time
-Business professional dress required
-All about hitting metrics, and if you don't then you're out
-My training consisted of reading a 50 pg. training manual and role playing with someone who was also new, and then was off on my own
