Before 2022, Medix valued its employees and was a great place to work. Executives and leadership got a taste of $$ in COVID, and it's been a downward spiral since, especially with the investment backing adding additional pressure. The issues start at the top, as the company is run by an underqualified executive team. They stress that Medix "is the best staffing agency in the world" but there are constant restructs, layoffs, and firings. This has created a traumatic and toxic culture.
