Pros
I feel the best part about working at Medstrat is the people - since we are so small (not even 50 employees...yet!) we are much like a family around here. People give the respect they hope to receive, and responsibility is give out with care and trust. Even with a variety of different personalities, we seem to make it work. The benefits here can't be beat (good, United Healthcare, lots of PTO, weekly snack boxes, free gym membership) and the location is ideal for someone commuting from the highway as we are RIGHT off 355.
Cons
Communication! As we are growing, we need to continue to work on our communication. Strides are being made to improve this part of Medstrat, though, so I hope to see this change come to fruition soon.
