The hardest review I have to do - Anonymous employee Medtech Global Employee Review

the company has no direction. can tell they are not into looking after their customers. they are good at promising, but when it comes to delivery, it is nothing but disappointment. and when things turn sour, the lower ranking employees get the blame, when it is clear all along, they are critical mistakes made by management. take for example, it is not uncommon for medtech to hire people into management who doesn't know much about the industry. but these people are good at selling a dream to the CEO. it has never puzzles me to see how some people who know nothing can even get through the door.
