Pros

Paid on time each month.

Cons

You will be called anytime day or night or weekends if they are facing deadlines. No work-life balance. Quite unprofessional. They are sub contractors and I suspect they are getting paid for the templates (the mother company pays for template lines, I know because I worked there before), but it does not get passed on. Pay per line is horrendously low, but that could be because they are sub contractors.

Pros

I really liked MedVoice. The support staff were 100%. The work volume was great too. As with all US companies impacted by covd, my work volume dipped a little very first week of covid shutdown in NY impacting the client but it did recover and work volume resumed.

Cons

Pay was very poor but then I worked only PT hours; lesson learned, had I been more committed to my workload and also put in more hours, I would've got better pay.

Pros

There are none! Absolutely NONE!

Cons

Everything. Priti is a HORRIBLE person to work for, and the CEO of the company sides with Priti because they are friends… Even if what she is doing is illegal or unfair. The entire company cares NOTHING for any of their employees. They put too much on the ones that they deem as management, their pay is so low that it’s not an income you can survive off of. I have seen so many people come and go. You do not get paid for training, unless you graduate training, NOT COMPLETE, graduate, and are able to go into the actual position. It’s a sh*t company to work for and I do NOT recommend it to anyone, in fact, I do the opposite, and I warn people not to get involved with this company in any way!
