Pros
Time off when needed, lots of just out of school graduates, lots of parties, fun place to be social, if they like you you will fit the group and get perks, if they dont like you you will not get any perks.
Cons
Dont know how to manage clients, self focused, no room to move up when Sr. Management has been there forever and will not change or allow growth, overworked due to management not listening to their people on how to do it better. Clients are constantly changing over and new ones added, it is hard to provide successful customer service.
