Pros
Generally people in the HO can leave on time. If you want to make a difference easy to do so since 90% of the people are not interested in working (look busy do nothing)
Cons
Too much bureaucracy to make a meaningful impact. The bonus while attractive does not contribute to the housing or car financing rate, it will still be based on your base salary.
