Executive suite has a very poor vision of success. Spend frivolously on events and not on processes. Internal in-fighting and staff have an extremely poor outlook on leadership. Marketing systems are antiquated. The leadership that espouses efficiency, has no idea what they are doing. Truly a disaster.
