Pros

* An inclusive onboarding experience, including a dedicated buddy system that supports early integration into the team. * Structured career progression plan with regular training from industry professionals, plus a flat office structure that allows frequent rotations and exposure to different areas of the business. * Colleagues are friendly, approachable, and collaborative. By far the most welcoming, non-political environment I have ever worked.

Cons

* The company’s stated values during recruitment do not align with internal performance expectations. Despite the hiring focus on team fit and soft skills, actual retention hinges narrowly on performance across two rigid probationary metrics, undermining broader contributions to the team. * Office culture is overly controlled and unnecessarily strict, with inflexible rules around eating times, desk behaviour, and even down to the type of water bottles being micromanaged. * Compensation is well below industry average. I secured a similar role shortly after leaving with a 40% higher salary and better benefits. * Team lacks gender diversity, with a noticeably male-dominated structure at the time of my employment, raising concerns around diversity and representation in the long term.

Pros

Centrally located in Reading Town centre, so would be easy to commute too.

Cons

Don't support working parents and inflexible working hours I was let go a week before I was due to start and after signing my contract due to temporary issues with child care. (1 day a week for about 6 weeks) Which I tried my best to rectify and offered up solutions and organising further childcare. This was communicated to me by email with out a phone call or any further explanation. Terrible that in the 21st century an organisation would do that to a working parent trying there best.
