Great raises, amazing team members and Team Leaders, hours are o.k. only if your part time, and some good costumers, you learn and grow.
Cons
not enough full time jobs for people that actually need the hours, some managers are to power hungry, or they love to play favorites. The union is almost useless. countless employees are over worked and most are underpaid. Cashiers are not allowed to have water on lane only with a doctors note, Utility Workers have to wear pants until corporate sends letters to managers saying its o.k. to wear shorts same goes to Garden Center Workers. "majority of this issue is a concern only in the summer". If an costumer complains to manager your most likely to get written up even if it wasn't your fault. And Believe it or not Team Leaders get treated worse than Team Members.
