Poor management. Taking more and more away from the employee's not consistent in anything they do. If you aren't a suck up you get screwed. It's not about how well you work, it's all about who you suck up to. The hard workers get pushed harder, the lazy one's well they can do whatever they want and NEVER be pushed. Rules are made for some but not all. They change without notice. for some but not all. Very unfair work environment No promotions unless you are family or suck up. It's not what you know, it's who you know! never a promised 40 hr for ft, and pt can end up with no hrs or 4 hrs in a week
