Pros
As a new grad, I've been incredibly grateful for and amazed by the vast amount of opportunities I have been granted to learn and grow here in my short tenure. The culture is amazing -- the team is so motivated, passionate and helpful and a very talented and intelligent pool of folks to work alongside. I am genuinely always excited to come into work.
Cons
Fast paced work environment and changing systems may not be for everyone (but it can certainly be an interesting challenge to navigate).
