      Started with the the company recently, and the team is REALLY invested in the clarity of my onbroading. Partnered with many tenured managers as well as a wonderful online learning platform, as well as the opportunity to practice in another store before i met my team. I am very impressed and happy to join!

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
