Was good, but now it's not worth it - Software Engineer Mekari Employee Review

It was recommended place to work, but nowadays it's getting bad. How they handle layoff situation & PIP made employee feels like Hunger Games. Even we did good, the leader need to choose who's the lowest and will get PIP (and it can lead you to layoff, the compensation calculation also will be affected once you got PIP). So everyone need to be perfect. Are you ready to compete? (For me, no... it's not worth it). I think we also can't trust management & people team. They have 0 empathy. In the layoff day, they took happy selfie while on meeting. And the HR lead posted in on IG. It's not professional and hurt many people's feelings.
