      The Realtors were great and understanding to work with.

      Cons

      The company offers benefits but are so high you can't afford to cover your family. Many of the programs they use are outdated and some hard to use, or only a 1 computer use, so not all employees can use them.

      Working with agents and getting to know them and when it gets busy during the summer/fall

      Lots of support and tools to be successful. Good environment and great staff.

      Cons

      The Real estate sales industry is very competitive and the commission splits can be steep at lower sales volumes.
