      Weekend offs for the most part. Good people that work. Build fun relationships.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime because of poor planning. Poor upper management direction. Still ran like an old company.

      Pros

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
