Pros

35 years old, the company is in a great position to provide wellness products for families everywhere. Lots of energy from employees who want to make their mark. Lots of benefits for employees. Base corporate culture is healthy and motivating. During the Covid pandemic, the company went out of its way to provide employees the IT and management support needed to work remotely. Success is always expected, but the future looks especially bright.

Cons

Because it is fast paced, sometimes we outrun each other. Communication between departments can continue to improve. Careers are for those willing to relocate to Idaho Falls, but the community is charming in its own right for those who embrace it.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
