      Pros

      Members 1st treats their associates better than any other company I've ever worked for. They are constantly recognizing and rewarding us for simply doing our jobs and being a part of a growing, prospering organization. If you are looking for a place to enhance your customer service or sales skills, Members 1st is a great choice for an awesome career!

      None - atmosphere, people, culture, etc. are all great.

      Pros

      Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

      Cons

      They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.
