Pros

Leadership genuinely cares about company culture and career growth, even at the early stages of the company. Benefits, policies, titles, and salaries are regularly reevaluated. Transparent culture, including monthly town halls and new-hire onboarding sessions that dig into the numbers from day 1. Lots of opportunities to learn about other parts of the business. Their customer base is amazing--great opportunity to work with top-tier logos.

Cons

Certain areas can feel under-resourced at times because the company is growing so quickly. Being all virtual/WFH can make it hard to bond with people outside of your team.

Pros

It's my first time working at a company (corporate or startup), where everyone works hard towards building our product, but remembers that there's a human on the other side of it all. - Fast growing startup that's increased in headcount even during the beginning of covid. - Transparent and communicative leadership team. Monthly town halls with revenue and goal updates and weekly sales team meetings with goal updates. - Solid client list.

Cons

- Could have more wellness perks (i.e. physical wellness or pet insurance), but medical/dental/vision plans are good.

Pros

Amazing growth trajectory: really exciting to be part of a high-growth startup that dreams big and executes on goals consistently Honesty and transparency: appreciate that while we enjoy the wins as a team, the company does a great job in not sugar-coating the aspects that need improvement; active and open discussions are encouraged to solve problems where the best idea wins regardless of seniority or position Work-life balance: I feel like I've had the best work-life balance here compared to previous roles at other companies; with a no face-time culture and short, concise meetings, I'm able enjoy my personal life while accomplishing a lot at work

Cons

No cons right now - just the normal ups and downs of an early-stage startup!
