      This employer was very good, my boss was phenomenal, especially when it came to some medical issues popping up very unexpectedly, multiple times over the course of my employment.

      The insurance was good, but if you have to go elsewhere, Health Alliance can be tricky. I

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
