      unlimited hours and bonus pay available anytime you want

      Cons

      if you work hard and are highly competent you will be asked to do an insane amount of work. they will burn you out. those that don't work hard or improve their skills are never asked to get better. they'll get the same 3% raises as someone that busts their rear all the time while making the job of good workers more difficult.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
