      I'm not longer working there

      Basically everything. Their corporate office is a disgusting building, their technology is laughably outdated. Their mantra is basically to out-discount the competition, so they keep their overhead (i.e. wages) very low.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
