      This is a huge company with a lot of locations. Great opportunities to grow with the company. Friendly people to work with. Only have to work every other weekend.

      Cons

      You are expected to do a lot with not a lot of pay. Overtime is expected but not required.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
