Cons
Have been here for several years and I'm still impressed about how Menards treats their team members and guests! I've learned a lot of product knowledge and management skills in my time here! Menards pays well and is now bumping us up another dollar per hour to stay ahead of the competition. I have made a lot of friends working here! I would definitely recommend Menards to anyone that is ready to have a career instead of just another job!
