Then to top it off, Disney execs were brought in and they made no effort to evaluate employees and learn about their human assets. Instead they started hiring outside firms who they had worked with before to do the work, costing a lot more money and putting the company in more financial distress. And now they have laid off 200+ employees under the guise of Covid-19, many of whom moved to Santa Fe for this job, and now are left isolated with minimal prospects during a pandemic.
