      Not much to be honest

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the CEO to the exec level. Lots of private communication and decisions happens behind closed doors. Policies show that the company does not care about our users.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Cons

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
