Pros
Great company with great coworkers and strong engineering values. Great place to be able to own complex features and contribute meaningfully!
Cons
Has had several rounds of mass layoffs recently affecting the entire company so they will need to turn it around for career opportunities to increase. Lack of transparency from upper leadership has also been a point of improvement and has been shown during these as well. Hoping they can get back to where they were!
