      Pros

      Great coworkers. The app is fundamentally solid overall and I still believe in the mission of promoting the circular economy. Good compensation and WLB.

      Cons

      Upper management and product teams can not decide on a direction for the company. Very unstable. Many rounds of layoffs and who knows when the next will come.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Cons

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
