Pros

-Camaraderie amongst co-workers-no elitism. All on the same playing field. -Unique assortment of students and staff -STEM students provide opportunities to engage students with more hands-on activities regarding creating, while the culinary academy allows teachers to apply content pertaining to them into the mix. Again, a unique experience. -Pennington is a beautiful area and you get to teach students from various different backgrounds: from the inner-city areas of Trenton to the upscale areas of Princeton. -Parents of students are supportive and involved. -Staff of custodians and tech support exceptionally helpful.

Cons

-Great intentions regarding newcomer academy, but there were some holes in it from the get-go. A few more staff members are needed in order to make this a cohesive, comprehensive program. -Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather, as none of the buildings on campus are connected.

Pros

They offer good health insurance.

Cons

Stop burdening faculty with so many "professional development" activities, meetings, and other requirements; and put more effort into assisting teachers in things like classroom management.
