Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
