Mercer has built it's reputation over the years as being an honest, independent company that has a family atmosphere. We take pride in our hospitality and service to the men and women in trucking that keep our country moving. We are truly sorry that anyone has a bad experience when working working with or for us.

People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

Cons

Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
