      non force dispatch west coast loads good paying loads good vans to lease paper logs can lease older trucks 100

      jerks in safety department they don't talk to there drivers they just take action inspection bay jerks as well no respect

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
